The return period starts from the day you receive your package.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Customs & Duty Declarations
When returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration form. Failing to do so may result in import charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
